Yes, our company policy is to use special equipment, like dollies on every vehicle to avoid any damage to drivetrain, brakes or tires.

The cost for Private Property Impounds within the city limits are regulated rates set forth by the city council. Those rates are as follows for vehicles under 13,000lbs GVWR: Base Tow fee $135, Special Equipment $25, Storage after 24 hours $25/day, Drop Fee $80.

Accepted methods of payment are as follows: Cash, Venmo, Cashapp. If you wish to use a debit card, please add it to your digital wallet to be used with an app we accept.
