Vehicles will not be released without the above documentation. There are NO exceptions.

Yes, our company policy is to use special equipment, like dollies on every vehicle, regardless of drivetrain to avoid any damage to drivetrain, brakes or tires.

During our NORMAL office hours are M-F 8am to 5pm. Please call to facilitate pickup outside of those hours. We are generally available within 30 minutes at reasonable hours or within 1 hour otherwise.

The cost for Private Property Impounds within the city limits are regulated rates set forth by the city council. Those rates are as follows for vehicles under 13,000lbs GVWR: Base Tow fee $135, Special Equipment $25, Storage after 24 hours $25/day, Drop Fee $80.

Accepted methods of payment are as follows: Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Chime, Paypal or other certified funds (i.e. cashier's check or money order. If you wish to use a debit card, please add it to your digital wallet to be used with an app we accept.
